Our current farm hands that we have been raising up and pouring into are heading into their future careers soon. So it’s time for us to start searching for and interviewing new candidates.

Here is what we are looking for:

- Must be 18 or older in order to be able to also run machinery on the farm if needed
- Part time - even full time work for the right candidate
- Looking for skills in the following areas:

🛠️skilled in carpentry/building
🪜knows their way with/around tools
🐐 loves and is willing to work with animals (skills in this area is a plus but not necessary)
💪🏻 able to lift upwards of 60+lbs when/if necessary
📝 skilled in electrical, mechanical, plumping preferred. Minimally willing to learn
🧹 fantastic hard working work ethic/ remains in positive attitude
🧑🏽‍🌾 willing to work hard and do down and dirty jobs (it is a farm)
🌱 self starter, self motivated, willing to research and self teach to develop their own skills
📄 capable of self managing with an eye for excellence
🪴 horticultural skills or desire to learn is a plus

  Here are some of the required responsibilities for the role, not limited to the below:

- Farm animal care and husbandry
- building, plumbing, mechanical, & electrical work
- installing/repairing fencing, farm equipment, etc
- digging, shoveling, cleaning, etc
- assisting with executing farm experiences and events if needed
- works day shifts (starting by 9a at the latest and working until 5:30p at the latest) 2-3 days a week (potential for    more for the right candidate)
- drives a truck preferred and willing to run errands
- willing to work weekend days sporadically for events when in season
- willing to potentially grow with the farm and company
- painting, staining, lawn care and landscaping, and so much more

This is a family run farm and business experiencing much growth. Treating guests, our family, animals, our kids, and any and all visitors with kindness, respect and patience is an absolute must. Looking for someone with strong, wholesome, good morals and ethics.

Pay and hours are negotiable depending on skill level and experience.
